Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy applies to Quantum Intelligence Hub LTD and the broader QIH ecosystem including QIHHUB.COM, QIHHUB.INFO, QIHNETWORK.COM, QIHHUB.ONLINE, QIHHUB.NET, QIHHUB.SHOP, QIHHUB.STORE, OMERAKIN.NL, related operational systems, educational environments, ecommerce systems, infrastructure environments, digital publications, strategic materials, and interconnected ecosystem platforms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, all ecosystem content, infrastructure systems, educational materials, operational structures, strategic publications, branding systems, visual assets, and digital environments remain protected intellectual property under applicable copyright, trademark, database, design, infrastructure, and related intellectual property laws.

1. Scope of Protected Intellectual Property

Protected intellectual property within the QIH ecosystem may include:

  • brand names;
  • logos;
  • domain structures;
  • website content;
  • design systems;
  • UI/UX structures;
  • HTML/CSS code;
  • custom infrastructure configurations;
  • strategic publications;
  • educational materials;
  • videos;
  • graphics;
  • operational methodologies;
  • SEO structures;
  • digital ecosystem architectures;
  • automation structures;
  • documentation;
  • operational frameworks;
  • visual identity systems;
  • internal operational processes.

2. Ownership Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • QIH retains ownership of ecosystem infrastructure;
  • QIH retains ownership of branding systems;
  • QIH retains ownership of operational frameworks;
  • QIH retains ownership of educational materials;
  • QIH retains ownership of strategic publications;
  • QIH retains ownership of custom-built operational systems;
  • QIH retains ownership of internally developed methodologies;
  • QIH retains ownership of digital ecosystem structures.

Client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners unless transferred through a separate written agreement.

3. Limited Usage Rights

Users, visitors, students, clients, ecosystem participants, and operational partners may access certain QIH materials solely for lawful, authorised, operational, educational, informational, or commercial interaction purposes permitted within the ecosystem.

Unless explicitly authorised in writing, users may not:

  • copy ecosystem structures;
  • republish protected content;
  • resell QIH materials;
  • clone websites or systems;
  • duplicate branding systems;
  • reuse strategic publications commercially;
  • extract proprietary educational systems;
  • mirror operational infrastructure;
  • reproduce protected digital frameworks.

4. Branding and Trademark Protection

Names, ecosystem terminology, operational branding, logos, design identifiers, ecosystem structures, and connected digital branding associated with Quantum Intelligence Hub may be protected under applicable intellectual property, trademark, unfair competition, and commercial identity laws.

Unauthorised use of:

  • QIH branding;
  • QIH ecosystem identity;
  • visual branding systems;
  • strategic branding structures;
  • domain identity imitation;
  • misleading commercial association;
  • false partnership representation;
  • fake ecosystem affiliation;
  • misrepresentation of operational authority

may result in operational restrictions, legal review, platform reporting, infrastructure action, or enforcement measures where appropriate.

5. Educational and Digital Materials

Educational systems, cybersecurity learning environments, operational methodologies, course systems, strategic analysis materials, infrastructure education systems, training content, and related digital learning assets remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • redistribute course systems;
  • record and resell training;
  • extract protected educational structures;
  • commercially republish educational content;
  • repackage ecosystem training systems;
  • duplicate proprietary learning environments.

Educational access does not transfer ownership rights.

6. Client and Third-Party Content

Clients and third parties remain responsible for ensuring they possess lawful rights to content, branding, media, educational materials, data, product assets, publications, or infrastructure materials submitted into QIH systems.

QIH does not automatically assume ownership of third-party materials unless specifically agreed in writing.

Users submitting materials represent that they possess the necessary rights, permissions, authorisations, or licenses to do so.

7. Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed within the QIH ecosystem, you may submit a notice including:

  • identification of the protected work;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material;
  • your contact information;
  • supporting evidence of ownership;
  • reasonable identification of the issue.

QIH may review reports operationally and may remove, restrict, investigate, or evaluate materials where appropriate.

False or abusive intellectual property complaints may themselves constitute misuse.

8. Infrastructure and System Protection

Custom-built infrastructure systems, ecosystem integrations, operational architectures, security environments, ecommerce systems, automation frameworks, operational dashboards, and infrastructure methodologies may constitute protected proprietary operational systems.

Unauthorised extraction, replication, reverse engineering, operational cloning, automated scraping, or infrastructure imitation may violate applicable laws or operational restrictions.

9. AI, Automation, and Generated Content

Certain ecosystem environments may involve:

  • AI-assisted operational systems;
  • automation tools;
  • generated infrastructure content;
  • digital content generation systems;
  • AI-assisted educational systems;
  • automation-enhanced workflows.

Operational use of AI or automation within the ecosystem does not waive underlying intellectual property protections, operational rights, branding protections, infrastructure ownership, or applicable legal protections.

10. Limitation of Rights Transfer

Unless explicitly stated within a signed written agreement:

  • no ownership transfer is implied;
  • no infrastructure transfer is implied;
  • no trademark license is granted;
  • no ecosystem partnership rights are granted;
  • no permanent usage rights are guaranteed;
  • no resale rights are automatically created.

Operational access, educational access, ecosystem participation, or commercial interaction does not itself transfer intellectual property ownership.

11. Enforcement Rights

QIH reserves the right to:

  • restrict access;
  • remove infringing materials;
  • disable operational systems;
  • issue operational warnings;
  • report abuse to relevant platforms;
  • review legal enforcement options;
  • protect ecosystem infrastructure;
  • protect branding systems;
  • protect operational continuity.

Enforcement decisions may vary depending on jurisdiction, infrastructure conditions, platform policies, operational risks, and applicable law.
