Third-Party Services Legal Notice
This notice explains the role of independent providers used by Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd (“QIH”, “we” or “us”), the allocation of responsibility between QIH, customers and providers, and the principles applying to data protection, service continuity and user rights.
Purpose and scope
This notice applies to third parties used in connection with qihhub.com and related QIH services, including AI Digital Reception, websites, automation, e-commerce, education, hosting, payments, communications and support. If it conflicts with a signed agreement, order form or Master Service Agreement for a particular service, the more specific term prevails, subject always to mandatory law.
Main provider categories
This list is illustrative. Current sub-processors and service-specific providers may be identified in the applicable service description, privacy notice, contractual schedule or list supplied on request.
Independence and contractual relationships
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, third parties are not employees, agents or legal partners of QIH.
- Where a customer opens an account or contracts directly with a third party, that provider’s terms apply separately.
- Where QIH selects and uses a subcontractor as part of the QIH service, that appointment does not by itself transfer QIH’s customer obligations to the customer.
- Displaying a provider name, integration or link is not an unlimited warranty or representation of formal partnership.
AI Digital Reception and automated systems
AI Digital Reception may depend on telephony, messaging, email, calendar, CRM, speech-to-text, AI-model and notification providers. These dependencies may create delay, transcription error, model error, channel interruption or integration failure.
- AI output is not a substitute for human judgement, emergency assistance or regulated professional advice.
- The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of its content, call scripts, permissions, communication lists and access granted to its systems.
- QIH will not reject responsibility for its own configuration error, negligence or contractual breach merely because a third-party system was involved.
- Critical appointment, payment, health, safety or legal decisions should receive suitable human review.
Payment providers
Card payments and payment credentials may be processed through the secure systems of the relevant payment provider. QIH aims not to retain full card data that its systems do not require.
- Authentication, declined payments, reserves, withdrawals, currency conversion and review processes may be governed by provider rules.
- QIH remains responsible for displaying the correct amount and currency, for errors in its payment links or integrations, and for reasonably monitoring payment status.
- Where delay originates with a provider, QIH will offer reasonable support and follow-up but cannot unilaterally reverse a provider’s regulatory decision.
- Mandatory obligations regarding refunds, consumer rights and incorrect charges cannot be excluded by this notice.
Hosting, cloud and continuity
QIH services may depend on data-centre, cloud, CDN, domain, telecommunications and internet providers. QIH applies reasonable provider-selection, secure-configuration, access-control and monitoring measures, together with any backups expressly agreed for the service.
Planned maintenance will be notified where reasonably possible. For significant unplanned disruption, QIH will share available status information and an estimated resolution time. A configuration or incident-response failure within QIH’s control is not excluded merely because third-party infrastructure was involved.
E-commerce, dropshipping and logistics
Where QIH is the seller or contracting party in a consumer transaction, use of a supplier or courier does not remove QIH’s mandatory consumer-law duties.
- Stock and delivery estimates may change; material changes will be communicated.
- Reasonable steps will be taken to check product descriptions.
- Returns, faulty goods and non-delivery will be handled under applicable consumer law and the published returns policy.
- Where import tax or customs cost is payable by the customer, this should be made clear before purchase.
Education and certification providers
Exam rules, certificate validity and provider programmes may change. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, QIH does not guarantee exam success, acceptance by a particular employer or employment. QIH nevertheless remains responsible for ensuring that its own marketing is not misleading and that the purchased service is supplied as described.
Data-protection roles and sub-processors
Depending on the processing context, QIH may act as controller or as processor for a customer. A third party may act as an independent controller or sub-processor. Roles are explained in the agreement, privacy notice or Data Processing Addendum.
- Sharing is limited to data that is relevant, necessary and proportionate.
- Appropriate contractual, confidentiality and security terms apply to sub-processors.
- International transfers use an appropriate UK GDPR/GDPR transfer mechanism and risk assessment where required.
- Personal-data breaches are managed according to each party’s role and legal notification duties.
- Marketing sharing requires the necessary consent or another valid legal basis.
See our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
External links
External links may be provided for convenience. Once a user enters another site, that site’s terms and privacy practices apply. QIH may remove harmful or misleading links of which it reasonably becomes aware, but does not guarantee continuous monitoring of independent sites. Sponsored or affiliate links will be disclosed where required.
Provider changes and service transition
Changes to APIs, pricing, regional availability, security controls or law may affect integrations. QIH will give reasonable notice of material effects and, where feasible, offer an equivalent alternative or transition plan. If a change materially reduces the essential nature of a service, the customer’s contractual cancellation, credit or refund rights apply.
Fair allocation of responsibility
- QIH is not responsible for an independent provider decision outside QIH’s reasonable control where QIH was not at fault.
- This exclusion does not cover QIH’s fault in provider selection, integration, configuration, security, instructions or incident response.
- The customer is responsible for unlawful content, data, instructions, authorisations or account use supplied by it.
- Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, data-protection liability that cannot lawfully be limited, mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot be excluded.
- Other liability limits are governed by the principal agreement and applicable law.
Customer security and continuity duties
- Protect credentials and use multi-factor authentication where available;
- grant QIH and providers only the access reasonably required;
- maintain suitable backups and continuity plans for critical records;
- review provider terms, transaction charges and country restrictions; and
- report suspicious activity to QIH promptly.
Support, complaints and resolution
Third-party-related support requests may be sent to support@qihhub.com, data-protection enquiries to privacy@qihhub.com, and legal notices to legal@qihhub.com. QIH will classify the issue, address matters within its own responsibility and coordinate with the provider where appropriate.
Updates, governing law and preserved rights
This notice may be updated to reflect provider or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales; however, mandatory protections and available forums in a consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
