Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd provides advisory, operational, infrastructure and support services, but does not guarantee approval, profit, uninterrupted service, cybersecurity immunity, certification success, visa outcomes, platform acceptance, tax results, search rankings, sales revenue or third-party performance.

This policy applies to all QIH services, websites, digital platforms, business divisions, clients, customers, users, contractors and partners.

No Guarantee of Business Success
QIH may provide strategy, consulting, infrastructure, digital systems, company formation support, marketing support, cybersecurity insight and operational guidance; however, business results remain uncertain and depend on many external factors.
- QIH does not guarantee profit, revenue, customer acquisition, investor interest or market entry success
- QIH does not guarantee that any company, webshop, website, campaign or platform will generate sales
- QIH does not guarantee SEO rankings, advertising returns, social media growth or conversion rates
- QIH does not guarantee that any business model will be accepted by banks, payment providers or regulators
- Clients remain responsible for their own commercial decisions, capital allocation, pricing and business risk
Section 03
Company Formation and Global Expansion Risks
Company formation, international business setup and cross-border expansion involve legal, tax, banking, regulatory, operational and commercial risks.
- Company registration approval is not guaranteed
- Bank account, fintech account, merchant account or payment provider approval is not guaranteed
- Government, registry, tax authority and third-party decisions are outside QIH’s control
- Company formation does not guarantee visa, residence, travel, work permit or immigration approval
- Clients are responsible for understanding tax, accounting, reporting and local compliance obligations
QIH may provide preparation, guidance, coordination and business infrastructure support, but cannot guarantee decisions by Companies House, banks, payment providers, tax authorities, immigration authorities, government bodies or third-party compliance departments.
Section 04
Banking and Payment Provider Risks
Banking and payment systems are subject to independent compliance reviews, risk policies, transaction monitoring and provider discretion.
- Banks and payment providers may reject, restrict, suspend or close accounts
- Payment providers may freeze funds, hold reserves, delay transfers or request additional documents
- Chargebacks, fraud alerts or high-risk activity may cause account limitation
- QIH cannot reverse or control decisions made by Stripe, PayPal, Wise, banks or similar providers
- Payment provider refusal or account restriction does not constitute failure by QIH where QIH has provided the agreed support
Section 05
E-Commerce and Dropshipping Risks
E-commerce, marketplace selling, dropshipping and supplier-based fulfilment involve product, delivery, customer, payment, return, customs and platform risks.
- Products may be supplied by third-party suppliers, warehouses or fulfilment partners
- Stock availability, dispatch times, product quality and supplier performance may change
- Courier delays, customs delays, failed delivery and returned parcels may occur
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping, customs charges and failed delivery costs where legally permitted
- Marketplace or platform rules may restrict products, suspend accounts or limit sales activity
QIH does not guarantee that any webshop, product listing, dropshipping model, supplier integration, marketplace account or e-commerce strategy will generate revenue, avoid returns or remain free from customer disputes.

Shipping, Customs and Delivery Risks
Shipping and international delivery depend on courier networks, suppliers, customs authorities, logistics partners and customer-provided information.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing
- Customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and local taxes may be payable by the customer
- Incorrect addresses, refused deliveries and failure to collect parcels may create customer liability for additional costs
- Courier delays, lost parcels and damaged packages may require investigation before resolution
- QIH is not liable for courier or customs decisions outside its reasonable control

Cybersecurity and Technology Risks
All digital systems, networks, hosting environments, AI systems, websites, applications and connected infrastructure are exposed to technical and cybersecurity risks.
- No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted or error-free
- Cyberattacks, malware, phishing, credential theft, DDoS attacks and data breaches may occur
- Security assessments do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified
- Zero-day vulnerabilities and new attack methods may emerge after testing or deployment
- Clients remain responsible for passwords, access control, backups, updates and employee security behaviour
QIH cybersecurity services are designed to reduce risk and improve awareness, but they do not create a guarantee that the client will not experience hacking, data loss, downtime, fraud, social engineering or other security incidents.
Section 08
Hosting, Infrastructure and Website Risks
Websites, hosting, servers, plugins, APIs, DNS, CDN, databases and cloud systems depend on technical infrastructure and third-party providers.
- Hosting outages, server errors, DNS issues, CDN failures or plugin conflicts may occur
- WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins and APIs may change, fail or become incompatible
- Backups may fail, become incomplete or require restoration time
- SEO performance may be affected by search engine updates, technical issues or competitor activity
- QIH does not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, permanent uptime or error-free website operation unless expressly stated in a written SLA

AI and Automation Risks
QIH may use or support AI-assisted systems, automation workflows, content tools, analytics systems and third-party APIs.
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable for critical decisions
- Third-party AI providers may change models, pricing, policies, access rules or performance levels
- Automations may fail due to API changes, account restrictions, data errors or third-party outages
- AI outputs must be independently reviewed before legal, financial, medical, immigration, investment or high-risk business use
- QIH does not guarantee that AI systems will produce correct, lawful or commercially successful outcomes

Education and Certification Risks
Education, academy, certification preparation and training services involve learning, technical, assessment and third-party certification risks.
- Course participation does not guarantee exam success or certificate approval
- Certificates may not be accepted by every employer, institution, government or licensing body

- Students remain responsible for study discipline, technical requirements, attendance and independent verification of certification relevance

Marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, platform rules, budgets, content quality, targeting, website performance and user behaviour.
- QIH does not guarantee Google rankings, lead volume, sales conversion or advertising ROI
- Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or other platforms may reject, restrict or suspend campaigns
- Search engine algorithms and ad platform policies may change without notice
- Advertising accounts may require verification, documentation or compliance review
- Client budgets, offer quality, pricing and market demand materially affect results
Section 12
Legal, Tax and Regulatory Risks
Legal, tax, regulatory and compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction, business activity, customer location, corporate structure and transaction type.
- QIH does not provide regulated legal, tax, immigration, investment or financial advice unless expressly stated in writing by a qualified professional
- Clients are responsible for seeking independent legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice where necessary
- Tax rates, VAT rules, customs rules, reporting obligations and consumer laws may change
- Operating internationally may create obligations in multiple jurisdictions
- Regulatory non-compliance may result in fines, penalties, account restrictions or business interruption
Section 13
Sanctions, AML and Compliance Risks
QIH may apply sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud and compliance checks before or during service delivery.
- Services may be refused, suspended or terminated where sanctions or compliance risks arise
- Clients may be required to provide identity, ownership, source-of-funds or business activity information
- False, incomplete or suspicious information may result in service refusal without refund where work has already begun or third-party costs have been incurred
- Third-party providers may impose their own compliance reviews and restrictions
- QIH may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, regulators, payment providers or courts
Section 14
Third-Party Provider Risks
QIH services may depend on third-party providers, including hosting companies, payment providers, banks, certification bodies, couriers, suppliers, software platforms, AI providers and professional service partners.
- Third-party providers may change pricing, policies, service availability or access conditions
- Third-party outages, restrictions, suspensions or compliance holds may affect QIH service delivery
- QIH cannot guarantee third-party performance, uptime, approval, continuity or decision-making
- Users may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies
- QIH may replace or update providers where necessary for operational, legal or technical reasons
Section 15
Client Decision-Making Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for reviewing risks, making independent decisions and determining whether QIH services are suitable for their goals.
- Clients must not rely solely on QIH content for legal, tax, investment, immigration or high-risk business decisions
- Clients are responsible for verifying service suitability before purchase
- Clients must provide accurate, lawful and complete information
- Clients are responsible for maintaining contingency plans for critical business operations
- Clients accept that business activity involves uncertainty, loss risk and operational disruption risk
Section 16
Refund and Cost Risks
Certain QIH services may involve preparation, consulting, digital delivery, third-party fees, administrative work, technical setup, government fees, supplier fees, or non-recoverable operational costs.
- Setup fees, consulting fees, digital access fees and customised work may be non-refundable where work has begun
- Third-party fees, government fees, payment processing fees, certification fees and supplier fees may be non-refundable
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services
- Refunds may be reduced by completed work, third-party costs, failed delivery costs, return shipping costs or administrative charges where legally permitted
- QIH refund decisions are subject to the applicable Refund Policy, service agreement and mandatory law
Section 17
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, advisors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, special, reputational, operational or commercial losses arising from disclosed or undisclosed business risks.
- QIH is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, rankings, customers, business continuity or market position
- QIH is not liable for third-party decisions, platform restrictions, payment provider actions, courier failures or government refusals
- QIH is not liable for client decisions, commercial losses, failed business models or market changes
- QIH is not liable for security incidents, technical failures, data loss or service interruptions outside its reasonable control
- QIH’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise
Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with this policy, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Continued use of QIH services after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
