All business, digital, cybersecurity, e-commerce, education, company formation, AI, hosting, payment, marketing and international trade activities involve risk. Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd provides advisory, operational, infrastructure and support services, but does not guarantee approval, profit, uninterrupted service, cybersecurity immunity, certification success, visa outcomes, platform acceptance, tax results, search rankings, sales revenue or third-party performance.

Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to all QIH services, websites, digital platforms, business divisions, clients, customers, users, contractors and partners.

No Guarantee of Business Success

QIH may provide strategy, consulting, infrastructure, digital systems, company formation support, marketing support, cybersecurity insight and operational guidance; however, business results remain uncertain and depend on many external factors.

Company Formation and Global Expansion Risks

Company formation, international business setup and cross-border expansion involve legal, tax, banking, regulatory, operational and commercial risks.

QIH may provide preparation, guidance, coordination and business infrastructure support, but cannot guarantee decisions by Companies House, banks, payment providers, tax authorities, immigration authorities, government bodies or third-party compliance departments.

Banking and payment systems are subject to independent compliance reviews, risk policies, transaction monitoring and provider discretion.

E-commerce, marketplace selling, dropshipping and supplier-based fulfilment involve product, delivery, customer, payment, return, customs and platform risks.

QIH does not guarantee that any webshop, product listing, dropshipping model, supplier integration, marketplace account or e-commerce strategy will generate revenue, avoid returns or remain free from customer disputes.

Shipping and international delivery depend on courier networks, suppliers, customs authorities, logistics partners and customer-provided information.

Cybersecurity and Technology Risks

All digital systems, networks, hosting environments, AI systems, websites, applications and connected infrastructure are exposed to technical and cybersecurity risks.

QIH cybersecurity services are designed to reduce risk and improve awareness, but they do not create a guarantee that the client will not experience hacking, data loss, downtime, fraud, social engineering or other security incidents.

Websites, hosting, servers, plugins, APIs, DNS, CDN, databases and cloud systems depend on technical infrastructure and third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, advisors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, special, reputational, operational or commercial losses arising from disclosed or undisclosed business risks.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with this policy, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
