This Certification Disclaimer explains the scope, limitations, recognition status, legal framework and intended use of certificates, training credentials, completion awards, educational recognitions and learning achievements issued through Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd, QIH Academy and associated educational platforms.
Certificates issued by Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd, QIH Academy or affiliated educational programmes are educational credentials intended to demonstrate participation, training completion, skill development or assessment achievement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, QIH certificates are not government-issued licences, university degrees, state accreditations, professional licences or legally regulated qualifications.

This disclaimer applies to all certificates, diplomas, badges, completion records, educational recognitions and training credentials issued by QIH.

Nature of QIH Certificates
QIH certificates are educational recognitions demonstrating that a learner completed, attended, passed or participated in a specific learning activity.
- Certificates represent educational achievement only
- Certificates do not automatically establish professional competence
- Certificates do not guarantee employment opportunities
- Certificates do not guarantee promotion, salary increase or business success
- Certificates do not replace practical experience or regulatory requirements
No Government Accreditation Guarantee
Unless explicitly stated in writing, QIH certificates are not issued by governments, ministries, state agencies, universities, colleges, licensing authorities or regulated professional bodies.
- Certificates may not qualify as academic degrees
- Certificates may not qualify as state-recognised qualifications
- Certificates may not satisfy licensing requirements
- Certificates may not satisfy immigration requirements
- Certificates may not satisfy employment regulations in every jurisdiction
No Employment Guarantee
Completion of a QIH course or possession of a QIH certificate does not guarantee:

- Job interviews
- Professional placement
- Contract opportunities
- Business success
- Freelance income
- Client acquisition
- Promotion or career advancement
No Professional Licence
QIH certificates do not automatically authorise holders to perform regulated activities.

Misuse of Certificates
Certificate holders may not:

- Present educational certificates as government licences
QIH reserves the right to invalidate, revoke or publicly reject certificates obtained, modified or used fraudulently.

- Third-party recognition cannot be guaranteed indefinitely
