Core Hosting Notice

Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, permanent uptime, zero data loss, complete immunity from cyberattacks, instant technical recovery, uninterrupted email delivery, search engine visibility, plugin compatibility or third-party platform performance. Hosting services depend on servers, data centres, DNS providers, domain registrars, software systems, third-party tools and client cooperation.

Section 01

Scope of Hosting Services

These terms apply to all hosting, website infrastructure, server management and related technical services provided or arranged by QIH.

Section 02

Nature of the Service

QIH may provide hosting services directly, through its own infrastructure, through leased infrastructure, or through third-party hosting, cloud, data centre, DNS, email, CDN and software providers.

Section 03

No Absolute Uptime Guarantee

Unless a separate written service level agreement expressly provides otherwise, QIH does not guarantee 100% uptime, continuous availability or uninterrupted access.

Any uptime estimate, performance target or hosting expectation is provided for operational guidance only and shall not be treated as a legally binding uptime guarantee unless expressly stated in a signed written SLA.

Section 04

Third-Party Infrastructure Dependency

Hosting services may depend on third-party providers, including cloud platforms, domain registrars, DNS providers, email providers, CDN networks, payment gateways, plugin developers and software vendors.

Section 05

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, timely cooperation and required access for hosting service delivery.

Section 06

Acceptable Use Rules

Clients must not use QIH hosting services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive or high-risk activity.

Cyber Abuse

Malware, phishing, botnets, DDoS tools, credential theft, unauthorised scanning or hacking activity is prohibited.

Illegal Content

Fraud, stolen data, counterfeit goods, terrorist content, hate content or unlawful material is prohibited.

Spam & Abuse

Mass unsolicited email, spam landing pages, deceptive funnels and abusive automation are prohibited.

Resource Abuse

Excessive CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, crawling, scraping or automated load may be restricted.

IP & Copyright

Copyright infringement, trademark abuse, pirated software or unauthorised media hosting is prohibited.

Compliance Risk

Sanctions evasion, financial crime, fraud, fake identities or restricted activities are prohibited.

Section 07

Security Measures and Limitations

QIH may apply commercially reasonable security measures, but no hosting environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Security hardening reduces risk but does not eliminate risk. The client remains responsible for account hygiene, access control, staff behaviour, password security, plugin choices and lawful website operation.

Section 08

Backups and Data Recovery

QIH may offer backup support depending on the hosting package, server configuration and third-party tools used.

Section 09

Email hosting, SMTP configuration, DNS authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and deliverability support may be provided where included in the service.

Section 12

Software, Plugins and Licensing

Websites may use WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, page builders, scripts, APIs and third-party software.

Section 13

Resource Limits and Fair Usage

Hosting services may be subject to storage, bandwidth, CPU, RAM, database, email, file count, visitor or process limits.

Section 14

Payment, Renewal and Suspension

Hosting services may be billed monthly, annually, project-based, prepaid or subscription-based depending on the package.

QIH is not responsible for website downtime, email interruption, data access issues or business loss caused by unpaid invoices, failed payments, chargebacks, expired subscriptions or client refusal to pay required renewal fees.

Section 15

Cancellation and Data Removal

Clients may cancel hosting services according to the applicable service agreement, subscription terms or written cancellation rules.

Section 16

Emergency Suspension and Security Intervention

QIH may suspend, restrict, isolate or modify hosting services without prior notice where necessary to protect infrastructure, clients, users, third parties or legal compliance.

Emergency suspension or restriction carried out for security, compliance or infrastructure protection does not constitute breach of contract by QIH and does not automatically create refund or compensation rights.

Section 17

Content and Legal Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for all content, products, claims, media, data, code, customer information and activity hosted through their website or account.

Section 18

No SEO, Revenue or Business Guarantee

Hosting services support technical availability but do not guarantee business performance.

Force Majeure

QIH is not liable for hosting failures, delays or interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Section 20

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, special, reputational, operational or commercial losses arising from hosting services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
