1. Scope and responsible organisation

This policy applies where it is displayed or linked by Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd, including QIHHUB.COM, QIHHUB.INFO, QIHNETWORK.COM, QIHHUB.ONLINE, QIHHUB.NET, QIHHUB.SHOP, QIHHUB.STORE, OMERAKIN.NL and related QIH-controlled websites, portals and digital services.

Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17246860, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small data files placed on or read from a browser or device. Similar technologies can perform comparable functions and are also covered by this policy.

• session storage and local storage;
• pixels, tags, scripts and software development kits;
• device or browser identifiers;
• authentication and security tokens;
• link-decoration and navigational tracking;
• web beacons and embedded-content technologies.

Some technologies operate only during a browser session. Others are persistent and remain until they expire or are deleted.

• provide requested website, account, portal, shop and learning functions;
• protect logins, forms, payments and infrastructure;
• remember consent and interface choices;
• identify and correct technical problems;
• measure and improve website or service performance;
• enable approved third-party features;
• measure or personalise marketing only where legally permitted and consented to.

We do not classify a technology as “necessary” merely because it is commercially useful to us.

5. QIH HUB AI widgets and communication tools

QIH HUB AI web-chat, Digital Reception or Digital Admin widgets may use session or local storage to:

• open and maintain a requested conversation;
• remember language or interface settings;
• protect the service against automated abuse;
• route the interaction and maintain short-term session continuity;
• remember a consent or privacy choice.

Where a widget uses analytics, cross-site identifiers, advertising technologies or other non-exempt storage, those technologies must remain disabled until the required consent is obtained. Conversation content and personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the customer business’s own privacy notice.

6. How QIH platforms may differ

• Corporate and information sites may use security, forms, consent management and site analytics.
• Shops and stores may use basket, checkout, payment, fraud-prevention and customer-session technologies.
• Learning platforms may use authentication, progress, session and learning-preference technologies.
• QIH HUB AI pages and widgets may use communication-session, language, security and consent-preference storage.
• Publishing sites may use audience measurement and embedded media, subject to applicable choices.

The presence of a category in this policy does not mean every QIH platform currently uses it.

7. Consent and your choices

Unless an applicable legal exception applies, non-essential technologies are not activated before you make a clear choice. Continuing to browse, silence or inactivity is not treated as consent.

• Accept All enables all categories you choose to permit.
• Reject All rejects non-essential technologies without preventing access to ordinary website content.
• Manage Preferences allows category-level choices where available.
• You can withdraw or change consent at any time through the persistent “Cookie Settings” link or icon.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier activity based on valid consent. Blocking necessary technologies through browser controls may prevent requested functions from working.

8. Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies and site data. You may also limit tracking through operating-system or browser privacy controls. These controls are separate from our consent mechanism and can affect multiple websites. Browser settings alone may not remove every similar technology, such as local storage or app SDKs.

9. Current cookie declaration

The live cookie preference centre on each QIH website should identify, for every technology currently detected or deployed:

• cookie or technology name;
• provider and whether it is first-party or third-party;
• purpose and category;
• whether it is session-based or persistent;
• retention or expiry period;
• the third party receiving information, where applicable.

If the declaration and this general policy differ, the site-specific declaration describes the current technical deployment. We review the declaration after material website, plugin, tag-manager or provider changes.

10. Third-party technologies

Depending on the site and your preferences, third parties may provide analytics, payments, anti-fraud, video, maps, social media, communications, AI widgets, advertising or other embedded services.

Where QIH chooses to place or enable a third-party technology on a QIH-controlled site, we remain responsible for providing appropriate transparency and obtaining consent where required. The third party may separately act as a controller for its own purposes under its privacy information.

Loading a third-party page by following an external link is governed by that third party’s policies.

11. Personal data and international transfers

Cookie identifiers, IP addresses, device information and usage events may constitute personal data. Their processing is also explained in our Privacy Policy.

If a provider receives personal data outside the United Kingdom or another protected jurisdiction, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Children

Our general commercial sites are not directed at children. We do not knowingly use behavioural-advertising technologies to profile children. A separately identified educational service intended for minors will use age-appropriate privacy information and should limit technologies to those necessary for the service unless a lawful, age-appropriate consent process applies.

13. Policy updates

We may update this policy when laws, guidance, websites, integrations or technologies change. The revised version will display a new update date. Material changes to consent-dependent processing will not convert or expand an earlier consent without an appropriate new choice.
