Core Ecommerce Notice
By placing an order through a QIH ecommerce platform, the customer accepts that products may be supplied directly by QIH, by third-party suppliers, by warehouses, by fulfilment partners or through dropshipping arrangements. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, return shipping, failed delivery costs, incorrect address costs, refused parcel costs, customs charges and customer-change-of-mind return costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Unless a product page, invoice or checkout notice states otherwise, ecommerce services are operated under the commercial responsibility of Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd.
- QIH may operate as the online seller, platform operator, webshop owner, digital commerce coordinator or fulfilment arranger
- Products may be dispatched from QIH, suppliers, third-party warehouses, manufacturers or fulfilment centres
- QIH is not required to physically stock every product offered through its ecommerce channels
- Different products in one order may be shipped separately from different locations
- QIH may change suppliers, fulfilment partners or delivery methods for operational, compliance or cost reasons
Section 03
Orders and Acceptance
An order placed through a QIH webshop is an offer to purchase. QIH may accept, reject, cancel or review an order where commercially, technically, legally or operationally necessary.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch or final supplier acceptance
- QIH may cancel orders where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails or fraud risk is detected
- QIH may refuse orders linked to restricted goods, restricted jurisdictions, sanctions, fraud, abuse or compliance concerns
- QIH may request additional information before processing an order
- QIH may limit order quantities, cancel duplicate orders or refuse bulk orders where risk arises
QIH reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch where fulfilment is impossible, unlawful, commercially unreasonable, high-risk or affected by supplier, payment, customs, logistics or compliance restrictions.
Section 04
Product Information and Availability
QIH aims to provide accurate product information, images, descriptions, prices and availability, but ecommerce information may change due to supplier updates, stock changes or technical errors.
- Product images may be illustrative and may differ slightly from the delivered item
- Colours, dimensions, packaging, accessories and specifications may vary within reasonable commercial limits
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until dispatch is confirmed
- Supplier pricing, stock, warehouse location and delivery timelines may change without notice
- QIH may correct errors, update listings or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or listing mistakes
Section 05
Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices, taxes, payment methods and charges may vary by country, customer type, delivery location, payment provider and applicable law.
- Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the webshop configuration and destination country
- Shipping, customs, import VAT, brokerage fees and local taxes may be charged separately unless expressly included
- Payment must clear before order processing or dispatch
- Payment providers may delay, reject, freeze or review transactions independently
- Chargebacks, payment disputes or suspected fraud may result in order cancellation, account suspension or legal recovery action
Section 06
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy and the delivery information shown at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing
- Orders may be shipped through third-party couriers, postal services, warehouses or dropshipping suppliers
- Customers must provide accurate name, address, postal code, phone number and email details
- QIH is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, suppliers, wrong address, failed delivery attempts or force majeure events
- Separate products in one order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, failed delivery costs, refused parcel costs, incorrect address costs, re-shipping costs, return-to-sender costs, storage fees and related logistics charges caused by customer action or inaction may be charged to the customer or deducted from any eligible refund.
Section 07
Customer Responsibility for Delivery
The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery information is complete, accurate and accessible to the courier or fulfilment partner.
- The customer must monitor tracking information where provided
- The customer must collect parcels from pickup points within the courier’s time limit
- The customer must respond to courier or customs requests where necessary
- The customer must not refuse delivery without valid legal reason
- The customer is responsible for losses caused by wrong address, absence, refusal, late response or failure to collect
Section 08
Returns and Change of Mind
Where the customer wishes to return a product due to change of mind, wrong selection, no longer needing the product or personal preference, the customer must follow the applicable return procedure.
- The customer must request return approval before sending any item back
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory law or QIH written approval provides otherwise
- The customer should use tracked and insured shipping for valuable items
- Risk remains with the customer until the returned product reaches the authorised return address
- Unauthorised, late, incomplete or incorrectly addressed returns may be refused
QIH is not required to provide free returns for change-of-mind returns unless mandatory law requires it or QIH expressly agrees in writing. Return postage, packaging, customs and shipping-related costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.
Section 09
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete and suitable for resale unless the product is defective or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
- Products should be returned with original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals and seals where applicable
- Products used beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to value reduction
- Damaged, altered, installed, washed, soiled, incomplete or misused products may be rejected or partially refunded
- Missing parts, damaged packaging or reduced resale value may be deducted from any refund
- Products that lose resale value due to customer handling may not qualify for a full refund
If a product has been opened, used, damaged, modified, installed, washed, contaminated, assembled, devalued or returned incomplete by the customer, QIH may reject the return or deduct the loss in value from any refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Section 10
Non-Returnable and Restricted Return Items
Certain items may be excluded from return or may have limited return rights once opened, unsealed, personalised, delivered or used, unless they are faulty or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Hygiene Items
Personal care, beauty, health, hygiene and sealed products may be non-returnable once opened.
Custom Items
Personalised, made-to-order, customised or customer-specific products may be excluded from return.
Digital Access
Digital downloads, software, licences, online access and digital content may be non-refundable once access begins.

Perishable, time-sensitive or temperature-sensitive goods may be excluded from standard returns.
Installed Items
Products that have been installed, assembled, altered or integrated may have restricted return rights.
Supplier-Limited Items
Supplier-dispatched products may also be subject to additional supplier return requirements.
Section 11
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products
If a product arrives faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, the customer must notify QIH within a reasonable time and provide evidence.
- The customer may be required to provide photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label and damage
- Original packaging should be retained until the claim is reviewed
- QIH may require supplier, courier or return centre inspection before resolution
- QIH may offer repair, replacement, refund or supplier resolution depending on the case and applicable law
- Late, unsupported or evidence-free claims may be rejected where legally permitted
Section 12
Refund Processing
Refunds are assessed after the return is approved and, where applicable, after the product is received and inspected by QIH, supplier or authorised return centre.
- Refunds may be made to the original payment method where possible
- Shipping fees, return shipping, customs fees, failed delivery costs and payment processing costs may be excluded where legally permitted
- Refunds may be reduced for customer damage, use, missing parts or value reduction
- Refund timing may depend on payment provider processing times
- QIH may refuse refund where the customer breaches return instructions, abuses the return process or commits fraud
Sending a product back does not automatically mean the return is accepted. QIH, the supplier or authorised return centre must inspect and approve the return in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Section 13
Customs, Import Duties and Cross-Border Costs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, local taxes or regulatory fees.
- Unless expressly included at checkout, such charges are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs authorities may delay, inspect, reject, seize or return parcels
- Failure to pay customs charges may result in failed delivery, return costs, storage fees or parcel destruction
- QIH is not responsible for customs decisions outside its reasonable control
- Customs-related return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund where legally permitted

Some QIH ecommerce orders may be fulfilled directly by suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses or third-party fulfilment partners.

- The customer must not return supplier-dispatched items without QIH return instructions
- Supplier processing times, stock levels and delivery methods may change
- Supplier return rules may apply in addition to these terms where not inconsistent with mandatory law
Returning a supplier-dispatched product to the wrong address may cause loss, delay, extra costs or return rejection. The customer must follow the return instructions provided by QIH or the authorised return centre.

QIH may monitor ecommerce activity to prevent fraud, abuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations and unlawful activity.
