Core Ecommerce Notice

By placing an order through a QIH ecommerce platform, the customer accepts that products may be supplied directly by QIH, by third-party suppliers, by warehouses, by fulfilment partners or through dropshipping arrangements. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, return shipping, failed delivery costs, incorrect address costs, refused parcel costs, customs charges and customer-change-of-mind return costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Section 01

Scope of these Terms

These terms apply to physical products, webshop orders, supplier-dispatched items, marketplace-style transactions, dropshipping orders, ecommerce support services and related customer transactions operated under the QIH ecosystem.

Section 02

Seller Identity and Operating Model

Unless a product page, invoice or checkout notice states otherwise, ecommerce services are operated under the commercial responsibility of Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd.

Section 03

Orders and Acceptance

An order placed through a QIH webshop is an offer to purchase. QIH may accept, reject, cancel or review an order where commercially, technically, legally or operationally necessary.

QIH reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch where fulfilment is impossible, unlawful, commercially unreasonable, high-risk or affected by supplier, payment, customs, logistics or compliance restrictions.

Section 04

Product Information and Availability

QIH aims to provide accurate product information, images, descriptions, prices and availability, but ecommerce information may change due to supplier updates, stock changes or technical errors.

Section 05

Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices, taxes, payment methods and charges may vary by country, customer type, delivery location, payment provider and applicable law.

Section 06

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by the applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy and the delivery information shown at checkout.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, failed delivery costs, refused parcel costs, incorrect address costs, re-shipping costs, return-to-sender costs, storage fees and related logistics charges caused by customer action or inaction may be charged to the customer or deducted from any eligible refund.

Section 07

Customer Responsibility for Delivery

The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery information is complete, accurate and accessible to the courier or fulfilment partner.

Section 08

Returns and Change of Mind

Where the customer wishes to return a product due to change of mind, wrong selection, no longer needing the product or personal preference, the customer must follow the applicable return procedure.

QIH is not required to provide free returns for change-of-mind returns unless mandatory law requires it or QIH expressly agrees in writing. Return postage, packaging, customs and shipping-related costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Section 09

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete and suitable for resale unless the product is defective or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If a product has been opened, used, damaged, modified, installed, washed, contaminated, assembled, devalued or returned incomplete by the customer, QIH may reject the return or deduct the loss in value from any refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Section 10

Non-Returnable and Restricted Return Items

Certain items may be excluded from return or may have limited return rights once opened, unsealed, personalised, delivered or used, unless they are faulty or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Hygiene Items

Personal care, beauty, health, hygiene and sealed products may be non-returnable once opened.

Custom Items

Personalised, made-to-order, customised or customer-specific products may be excluded from return.

Digital Access

Digital downloads, software, licences, online access and digital content may be non-refundable once access begins.

Perishable Goods

Perishable, time-sensitive or temperature-sensitive goods may be excluded from standard returns.

Installed Items

Products that have been installed, assembled, altered or integrated may have restricted return rights.

Supplier-Limited Items

Supplier-dispatched products may also be subject to additional supplier return requirements.

Section 11

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products

If a product arrives faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, the customer must notify QIH within a reasonable time and provide evidence.

Section 12

Refund Processing

Refunds are assessed after the return is approved and, where applicable, after the product is received and inspected by QIH, supplier or authorised return centre.

Sending a product back does not automatically mean the return is accepted. QIH, the supplier or authorised return centre must inspect and approve the return in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Section 13

Customs, Import Duties and Cross-Border Costs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, local taxes or regulatory fees.

Section 14

Dropshipping and Supplier-Dispatched Orders

Some QIH ecommerce orders may be fulfilled directly by suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses or third-party fulfilment partners.

Returning a supplier-dispatched product to the wrong address may cause loss, delay, extra costs or return rejection. The customer must follow the return instructions provided by QIH or the authorised return centre.

Section 15

Account, Fraud and Abuse Prevention

QIH may monitor ecommerce activity to prevent fraud, abuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations and unlawful activity.

Section 16

Product Compliance and Customer Use

The customer is responsible for ensuring that ordered products are suitable and lawful for their intended use and destination country.

Section 17

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, operational or commercial losses arising from ecommerce transactions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Section 18

Contact

For ecommerce, order, delivery, return, refund, customs, product or legal questions, users may contact QIH through the following channels:

Section 19

Updates and Governing Law

QIH reserves the right to update these Ecommerce Terms to reflect changes in suppliers, fulfilment systems, shipping rules, product categories, payment providers, legal requirements, consumer rules, customs obligations or operational practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Continued use of QIH ecommerce services after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
