Intellectual Property Policy

This policy may apply to Quantum Intelligence Hub LTD, QIHHUB.COM, QIHHUB.INFO, QIHNETWORK.COM, QIHHUB.ONLINE, QIHHUB.NET, QIHHUB.SHOP, QIHHUB.STORE, OMERAKIN.NL, and related QIH ecosystem platforms.

The QIH ecosystem may include proprietary operational systems, digital infrastructure architectures, educational systems, cybersecurity materials, visual assets, written publications, automation frameworks, webshop systems, strategic methodologies, and digital branding elements.

All intellectual property rights not explicitly transferred through written agreement remain reserved by Quantum Intelligence Hub LTD or their respective legal owners.

1. Protected Intellectual Property

Protected intellectual property may include:

  • logos and visual branding;
  • website structures and UI systems;
  • custom code and automation systems;
  • SEO frameworks and digital methodologies;
  • written publications and strategic articles;
  • cybersecurity materials;
  • educational systems and course materials;
  • operational documents;
  • videos, graphics, and media assets;
  • infrastructure configurations;
  • digital ecosystem architectures;
  • proprietary workflows and operational systems.

2. Ownership Rights

Unless otherwise stated through a separate written agreement:

  • all platform infrastructure remains property of QIH;
  • custom operational methodologies remain proprietary;
  • branding assets remain protected;
  • educational systems remain licensed assets;
  • strategic frameworks remain confidential intellectual property;
  • digital systems remain protected operational assets.

Client-specific ownership transfers may require separate contractual agreements.

3. Limited Usage Rights

Users may receive limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access rights for operational purposes only.

Without written authorization, users may not:

  • copy protected systems;
  • resell proprietary materials;
  • republish operational frameworks;
  • duplicate educational systems;
  • reverse engineer infrastructure systems;
  • extract proprietary methodologies;
  • clone webshop systems;
  • reproduce protected digital assets.

4. Brand Protection

The following may be protected branding elements:

  • Quantum Intelligence Hub;
  • QIH;
  • QIHNetwork;
  • QIHHUB;
  • associated logos and ecosystem identifiers;
  • operational brand structures;
  • visual identity systems.

Unauthorized brand usage, impersonation, or misleading representation may result in operational or legal action.

5. Client Materials and Third-Party Rights

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

This may include:

  • logos;
  • images;
  • videos;
  • text content;
  • software components;
  • trademarks;
  • licensed media;
  • external educational materials.

QIH may remove or reject materials suspected of violating intellectual property rights.

6. Educational and Digital Content

Educational systems, training environments, downloadable resources, cybersecurity materials, automation templates, and operational documents may remain protected intellectual property even after platform access is granted.

Redistribution or unauthorized commercial usage may be prohibited.

7. Open Source and Third-Party Components

Some operational systems may include third-party or open-source technologies.

Such technologies remain subject to their own independent licenses and intellectual property terms.

QIH does not claim ownership over independently licensed third-party frameworks.

8. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

Intellectual property concerns or infringement reports may be submitted to QIH for operational review.

Reports should include:

  • clear ownership information;
  • description of the alleged infringement;
  • supporting documentation;
  • relevant URLs or evidence;
  • contact information.

9. Enforcement Rights

QIH may:

  • remove infringing content;
  • suspend operational access;
  • restrict platform usage;
  • disable digital systems;
  • report operational abuse;
  • cooperate with hosting providers;
  • take legal or operational measures where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

QIH may adopt a limited liability approach to indirect damages arising from third-party infringement claims, unauthorized user uploads, operational misuse, or independently provided content to the extent permitted by applicable law.
