Permitted Use

Prohibited Activities

Without prior written permission from QIH, users may not:

• Students receive a limited licence to use materials
• Materials may not be redistributed or resold
• Recording, copying or commercial use may be prohibited
• Certification content remains protected after course completion
• Training methodologies remain proprietary to QIH

Client Projects and Deliverables

Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the applicable service agreement.

• QIH retains ownership of underlying methodologies and know-how
• Clients may receive usage rights only after full payment
• Drafts, concepts and rejected designs remain QIH property
• Custom code ownership depends on written contractual terms
• Unpaid projects remain the intellectual property of QIH

Trademark Rights

Quantum Intelligence Hub, QIH and related branding elements may be protected under trademark and unfair competition laws.

• Product names
• Service names
• Logos and visual branding
• Taglines and marketing identifiers
• Brand architecture and ecosystem branding

User-Submitted Content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit, but grant QIH the rights necessary to process, display, review, store and use such content for service delivery purposes.

• Users must own or control submitted content rights
• Users must not upload infringing material
• Users indemnify QIH for unlawful submissions
• QIH may remove suspected infringing content
• QIH may cooperate with lawful rights-holder requests

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please submit a detailed notice including:

Enforcement Rights

Limitation of Licence

No provision of this notice grants ownership, transfer or assignment of intellectual property rights unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
