This EU Representative Notice explains the legal position of Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd regarding European Union representation, EU-based operations, customer communication, data protection contact points, product and service responsibility, and the limits of any local representative, partner, reseller or contact person acting in connection with QIH services.

Core EU Representative Notice

Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Any EU-based contact point, local assistant, commercial partner, reseller, service introducer, consultant or operational support person is not authorised to create legal obligations, accept legal service, give binding guarantees, modify QIH policies, collect unauthorised payments or represent themselves as a legal branch of QIH unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement signed by QIH.

Legal Entity

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, the legal entity responsible for QIH services is Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd.

Section 02

Purpose of this Notice

This notice clarifies how QIH communicates with users, customers, partners, authorities, regulators and service providers within or connected to the European Union.

Section 03

No Automatic EU Branch or Establishment

QIH may provide services to clients located in the European Union or work with EU-based contacts, suppliers, service providers or commercial partners. This does not automatically mean that QIH has created a formal EU branch, subsidiary, office, permanent establishment or regulated local entity.

No person, partner, reseller, consultant or local contact may claim that QIH has an EU branch, EU subsidiary, EU office or EU legal establishment unless such status is formally confirmed by QIH in writing.

EU Contact and Communication Channels

Users located in the European Union may contact QIH through the official QIH communication channels listed in this notice.

Limits of Local Representatives and Partners

Any person, partner, reseller, introducer, consultant or local contact assisting with QIH-related services in the EU acts only within the scope expressly authorised by QIH.

Unauthorised statements, promises, invoices, representations, guarantees or payment requests made by local contacts, partners, resellers or third parties are not binding on QIH unless expressly approved in writing by QIH.

EU Data Protection Position

QIH may process personal data relating to EU users where necessary for service delivery, customer support, legal compliance, billing, security, marketing, education, e-commerce, hosting, company formation support or business operations.

No Legal Representative Unless Expressly Appointed

Where a specific law requires the appointment of an EU representative or local contact for a particular activity, QIH may appoint such representative separately and publish the relevant details where required.

Section 08

EU Consumer, E-Commerce and Service Users

Where QIH provides services, products or digital content to EU users, specific consumer, e-commerce, delivery, refund, digital service or data protection rules may apply depending on the user type, country, service and transaction.

Section 09

EU Operations and Local Compliance

QIH may support clients with company formation, business infrastructure, webshop setup, digital systems, education or trade-related services involving EU markets. Such support does not guarantee local regulatory approval or business success.

Section 10

EU Product, Trade and Delivery Limitations

For e-commerce, trade, dropshipping or supplier-dispatched products involving EU destinations, delivery and compliance may depend on suppliers, couriers, customs authorities and destination-country rules.

Section 11

No Authority to Modify QIH Terms

Only QIH may approve amendments to its legal terms, policies, commercial agreements, refund rules, pricing, service scope or legal disclaimers.

Regulatory and Authority Communications

Any regulator, authority, court, consumer body or official institution wishing to contact QIH should use the official legal or compliance contact details provided in this notice.

Languages and Translations

QIH may provide legal pages, notices, marketing pages or customer communications in multiple languages for user convenience.

Section 14

Service of Legal Documents

No partner, reseller, local contact, consultant, address provider, accountant, hosting provider, courier or informal representative is authorised to accept service of legal documents on behalf of QIH unless expressly appointed in writing for that purpose.

For formal legal matters, users and authorities should not rely on local commercial contacts, partners, resellers or informal representatives. Formal legal communication must be directed through the official channels recognised by QIH and applicable law.

Section 15

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, advisors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on unauthorised EU representatives, local contacts, partners, resellers or third-party statements.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

QIH reserves the right to update this EU Representative Notice to reflect changes in legal requirements, EU operations, data protection rules, representative appointments, commercial structures, partner relationships, compliance needs or operational practices.

This notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with this notice, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Continued use of QIH services after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
