Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd may assist with business formation and related infrastructure, but does not guarantee company approval, bank account approval, payment provider approval, tax outcome, visa result, residence permit, government decision, business profitability, market entry success or acceptance by any third-party institution.

Scope of this Disclaimer
This disclaimer applies to business formation, trade infrastructure and global expansion support services provided or arranged by QIH.

Section 02
Nature of the Service
QIH provides business setup support, coordination, administrative assistance, digital infrastructure planning and operational guidance. QIH does not act as a government authority, bank, tax office, immigration authority, payment processor, regulated law firm or licensed financial adviser unless expressly stated in writing.
- QIH may prepare or coordinate documents based on information provided by the client
- QIH may assist with third-party applications and onboarding steps
- QIH may connect clients with accountants, registered agents, address providers or service partners
- QIH may build business infrastructure such as websites, webshops, hosting or digital systems
- QIH cannot control decisions made by government bodies, banks, payment providers or regulators
Section 03
No Approval Guarantee
Business formation and related services may require approval, review or acceptance by third-party institutions. QIH cannot guarantee such decisions.

- No guarantee of bank account opening
- No guarantee of Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, marketplace or payment provider approval
- No guarantee of VAT, tax, EIN, licence or regulatory registration approval
- No guarantee of address provider, registered agent or compliance provider acceptance
- No guarantee of supplier, marketplace, courier or ecommerce platform approval
Any third-party institution may accept, reject, delay, review, suspend, close or request additional documents at its own discretion. QIH is not responsible for decisions outside its reasonable control.
Section 04
No Visa, Immigration or Travel Guarantee
Company formation, business ownership, registered office, bank account support or webshop setup does not guarantee visa approval, residence permit approval, travel entry, immigration status, work permission or settlement rights.
- Business formation may support a wider business profile but does not guarantee immigration approval
- Immigration authorities make independent decisions based on their own laws and criteria
- QIH does not provide regulated immigration advice unless expressly agreed with an authorised professional
- Any travel, visa or residence strategy must be verified with qualified immigration counsel
- Clients must not treat company formation as a guaranteed immigration route
Any statement that business ownership may make future business mobility more structured or flexible is general commercial commentary only and must not be interpreted as a promise of visa, residence, travel or immigration success.
Section 05
Client Information and Accuracy
The client is fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful and up-to-date information for all business formation and onboarding processes.
- Correct legal name, date of birth, address and identity information
- Correct passport, ID, proof of address and KYC documents
- Correct company activity, ownership, shareholder and director information
- Correct tax, VAT, business model and financial activity information
- Correct product, service, supplier, webshop and payment processing information
- Timely response to document requests, compliance checks and third-party questions
False, incomplete, outdated, misleading or inconsistent information may result in rejection, delay, suspension, account closure, compliance review, legal risk or refusal of service. The client remains responsible for such consequences.

Compliance, AML and Sanctions Checks
Business formation and onboarding services may be subject to anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud prevention, identity verification and risk screening processes.
- QIH may refuse high-risk or unclear client requests
- QIH may request additional documents or explanations
- QIH may stop work where sanctions, fraud, AML or compliance risk appears
- Third-party providers may conduct their own independent checks
- Accounts may be delayed, rejected, restricted or closed due to compliance concerns
Section 07
Third-Party Provider Dependency
Many business formation services depend on third-party providers and official institutions.
Government Bodies
Company registries, tax offices, official agencies and public authorities may delay, reject or request more information.
Banks & Fintechs
Banks, fintech providers and payment processors make independent onboarding and risk decisions.
Accountants
Accounting, bookkeeping, VAT and tax support may be handled by third-party professionals.
Registered Agents
Address providers, agents and mail services may apply their own conditions and fees.
Ecommerce Platforms
Marketplaces, payment gateways, suppliers and courier systems may apply their own acceptance rules.
Software Providers
Hosting, plugins, APIs, CRM systems and automation tools may change pricing, rules or access.
Section 08
Government and Third-Party Fees
Business formation may involve government fees, registration fees, address fees, agent fees, accounting fees, tax filing fees, banking fees, payment provider fees, certification fees, licence fees and platform fees.
- Third-party fees may be charged separately from QIH service fees
- Government and provider fees may be non-refundable once paid
- Third-party pricing may change without QIH control
- Rejected applications may still incur non-refundable external costs
- Clients are responsible for approved, required or incurred third-party fees
QIH service fees, third-party fees and government fees are separate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. External costs already incurred may not be refundable even if the client cancels or a third party rejects an application.
Section 09
Tax, Accounting and Legal Advice Limits
QIH may provide general business information and coordinate with accounting or compliance providers, but does not provide regulated legal, tax, accounting or financial advice unless expressly agreed in writing with a qualified professional.
- Clients must obtain independent tax advice where necessary
- Clients must verify VAT, corporation tax, sales tax and reporting obligations
- Clients must understand annual filing, bookkeeping and compliance requirements
- Clients must consult local professionals for country-specific rules
- QIH is not responsible for penalties caused by client failure to file, report, pay tax or maintain compliance
Section 10
Business Activity and Lawful Use
Clients must use formed companies and business infrastructure only for lawful, transparent and compliant purposes.
- No fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or illegal trade
- No fake invoices, fake contracts, fake business activity or misleading representation
- No unlawful financial services, investment schemes or regulated activity without licence
- No sale of prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or restricted goods
- No cybercrime, phishing, malware, spam or platform abuse
- No misuse of company formation for immigration, tax evasion or identity concealment
Section 11
Webshop and Digital Infrastructure Support
Where business formation services include webshop, website, hosting or digital infrastructure support, those services are subject to separate digital and ecommerce terms.
- Webshop creation does not guarantee sales or traffic
- Product integration does not guarantee supplier acceptance or product availability
- Payment gateway setup does not guarantee payment provider approval
- Hosting and website services do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or zero technical errors
- SEO, ADS and digital marketing work does not guarantee revenue, ranking or customer acquisition
Section 12
Timeline and Processing Delays
Estimated timelines are provided for planning only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
- Official registry processing times may change
- Bank and payment provider reviews may take longer than expected
- Document errors, missing information or compliance reviews may cause delays
- Public holidays, strikes, sanctions, system outages or government backlogs may affect timelines
- QIH is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or late client cooperation
Section 13
Cancellation and Refund Limitations
Business formation services often involve immediate administrative work, document preparation, third-party coordination and external fees. Refunds may therefore be limited.
- Setup, consultation, review and preparation fees may be non-refundable once work starts
- Government fees, registered office fees, agent fees and filing fees may be non-refundable
- Third-party provider costs may be non-refundable once incurred
- Cancellation after document preparation may result in partial or no refund
- Refunds are assessed under the applicable Refund Policy, service agreement and mandatory law
If the client asks QIH to begin work immediately, the client accepts that completed work, allocated time, document preparation, administration, third-party coordination and incurred external costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Section 14
Client Ongoing Obligations
After company formation, the client remains responsible for ongoing company compliance, reporting, taxes and lawful operation.
- Annual accounts, confirmation statements and tax filings
- Bookkeeping, invoices, VAT, payroll and local reporting
- Maintaining correct company records and beneficial ownership information
- Keeping registered office, mail, banking and contact information updated
- Complying with ecommerce, consumer, privacy, product and advertising laws
- Responding to government, bank, payment provider or compliance requests
Section 15
Refusal, Suspension and Termination
QIH may refuse, suspend or terminate business formation or related services where legal, compliance, payment, security or reputational risk arises.
- False or incomplete client information
- Sanctions, AML, fraud or financial crime concerns
- Suspicious business activity or unclear source of funds
- Unpaid invoices, chargebacks or payment disputes
- Abusive behaviour, threats or pressure to bypass rules
- Requests involving unlawful, restricted, misleading or high-risk activities
Section 16
No Business Success Guarantee
Business formation is an administrative and strategic infrastructure step. It does not guarantee commercial success.
- No guarantee of sales, customers, investment or profit
- No guarantee of supplier, marketplace or client acceptance
- No guarantee of ecommerce performance or advertising success
- No guarantee of tax advantage or reduced compliance burden
- No guarantee of international expansion success
- No guarantee that a business model will be legal, viable or profitable in every jurisdiction
Section 17
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, operational or commercial losses arising from business formation or related services.
- QIH is not liable for bank refusals, payment provider refusals, government delays or third-party rejections
- QIH is not liable for visa, immigration, tax, accounting, marketplace or licensing outcomes
- QIH is not liable for business failure, lack of sales, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational harm
- QIH is not liable for penalties caused by client false information, late filings, unpaid taxes or non-compliance
- QIH’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to QIH for the specific business formation service giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with this disclaimer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Continued use of QIH business formation services after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
