Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards, restrictions, and responsibilities that apply when accessing or using websites, services, digital platforms, content, communication channels, educational materials, consultancy environments, ecommerce systems, cybersecurity resources, and related operational infrastructure connected to the broader Quantum Intelligence Hub ecosystem.

The QIH ecosystem may include, without limitation, QIHHUB.COM, QIHHUB.INFO, QIHNETWORK.COM, QIHHUB.ONLINE, QIHHUB.NET, QIHHUB.SHOP, QIHHUB.STORE, OMERAKIN.NL, and any related digital, educational, commercial, consulting, or operational environments operated, supported, referenced, or connected under the Quantum Intelligence Hub brand structure.

By using any QIH platform, you agree to use our services lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not harm QIH, our users, our partners, third-party providers, public systems, private systems, or any digital infrastructure.

You must not use QIH platforms, systems, content, services, or communication channels for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, unauthorised, or high-risk activity.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • unauthorised access, intrusion, hacking, scanning, probing, exploitation, or attempted compromise of any system;
  • using QIH content or services to conduct cyberattacks, phishing, malware activity, credential theft, fraud, spam, abuse, or social engineering;
  • misrepresenting identity, authority, affiliation, certification, partnership, approval, or official relationship with QIH;
  • using our platforms for illegal trade, restricted goods, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorism financing, or deceptive commercial activity;
  • uploading, transmitting, or distributing malicious code, harmful scripts, automated abuse, bots, scraping tools, or disruptive software;
  • attempting to overload, damage, reverse engineer, bypass, interfere with, or disrupt QIH infrastructure;
  • copying, reselling, scraping, republishing, or exploiting QIH content, reports, designs, systems, training material, or intellectual property without permission;
  • using QIH platforms to harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, exploit, or harm any person, company, public institution, or third party;
  • submitting false, misleading, incomplete, forged, stolen, or unlawful information through any QIH form or communication channel.

3. Cybersecurity and Intelligence Use Restrictions

QIH may publish or provide cybersecurity, cyber awareness, intelligence, OSINT, digital risk, and strategic analysis materials for lawful, educational, defensive, analytical, and informational purposes only.

Nothing on QIH platforms should be interpreted as permission, encouragement, instruction, or support for unlawful hacking, offensive cyber operations, unauthorised surveillance, credential abuse, system compromise, data theft, malware deployment, or any illegal intelligence activity.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of cybersecurity, OSINT, training, research, or intelligence-related material complies with applicable law and authorisation requirements in their jurisdiction.

4. Company Formation, Business and Trade Use

QIHHUB.INFO and related QIH business infrastructure services may provide general information, coordination, consultancy, referral support, company formation guidance, webshop infrastructure planning, and business setup assistance.

QIH does not guarantee company approval, bank account approval, visa approval, residency rights, tax outcomes, commercial success, government acceptance, payment processor approval, marketplace acceptance, revenue generation, or regulatory results.

Any business structure, company formation route, ecommerce setup, banking process, accounting process, or international expansion plan may depend on local laws, third-party providers, official institutions, due diligence requirements, compliance checks, documentation quality, and individual circumstances.
