A third party may suspend or restrict its service independently. QIH is not responsible for third-party decisions or outages except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or is expressly accepted in a written agreement.
You must remain within your account, package, rate, storage, message, AI-interaction and call-minute limits. Attempts to split accounts, manipulate counters or use multiple identities to avoid limits are prohibited.
QIH may apply reasonable technical limits where activity creates instability, abnormal provider costs, security risks or material impact on other users. Where practicable, legitimate customers will be given notice and an opportunity to adjust usage.
QIH may process proportionate logs and service metadata to maintain security, enforce this Policy, investigate misuse and comply with law. QIH does not undertake a general obligation to monitor all customer content.
