This notice explains the scope and limitations of commercial research, market-entry, digital-infrastructure and operational support provided by Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd (“QIH”) in connection with the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and other Gulf markets.
QIH may provide strategic and operational support but does not guarantee bank accounts, licences, payment-provider approval, customs clearance, distribution arrangements, investment, visas, sales, profit or market success. Final decisions are made by the relevant public authorities and independent third parties.

QIH may provide strategic consultancy, commercial research, document coordination, technology infrastructure and operational support. QIH is not a government authority, bank, customs authority, licensing body, or locally regulated legal, tax, immigration or investment adviser.
Where local professional advice is required, the client should obtain independent advice from an authorised lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, customs broker or other licensed professional in the relevant country.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all information and documents supplied are accurate, current, complete and lawful. The client must also:
QIH does not support sanctioned persons or organisations, unlawful activities, funds of unexplained origin, false documents, money laundering or terrorist financing.
Where QIH identifies a reasonable compliance, security or reputational risk, it may request further information, delay a transaction, suspend services or terminate the relationship. QIH’s applicable sanctions and export-control policies also apply.
Classification, labelling, testing, certification, registration and import requirements vary by country and product type. Additional rules may apply to food, cosmetics, medical products, electronics, children’s products and chemicals.
QIH may provide general guidance but does not warrant that a product can be imported, sold, certified or cleared through customs. Final conformity and correct tariff classification remain the responsibility of the client and its authorised local specialists.
Approval for bank accounts, payment gateways, POS facilities, Stripe, PayPal, Wise or local fintech services depends on each provider’s assessment of risk, KYC, AML, business activity and expected transaction volume.
Account reviews, reserves, payment holds, delayed funds, chargebacks, exchange-rate movements, transfer fees and provider refusals may be outside QIH’s control.
QIH may research or introduce potential suppliers, agents, dealers, customers or distributors. An introduction does not constitute a reliability guarantee, agency, joint venture or binding agreement.
The client should conduct its own due diligence, document terms in a written agreement and independently verify the third party before making payments or commercial commitments.
Company formation, investment or commercial activity does not automatically confer a visa, residence permit, work authorisation, citizenship or right of entry. QIH is not an immigration adviser and gives no assurance concerning immigration outcomes.
Services may involve local agents, free-zone providers, banks, payment institutions, accountants, lawyers, customs brokers, logistics companies, telecommunications providers and cloud platforms.
Those providers have their own contracts, fees, privacy policies, processing times and responsibilities. QIH does not control the decisions or performance of independent providers.
VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, customs duties, economic-substance requirements, accounting obligations and consumer law vary by country and activity. The client is responsible for obtaining local professional advice and making all required filings and payments on time.
Each party is responsible to the extent of its own acts, omissions and breach of duty. QIH is not responsible for losses or penalties arising from the client’s inaccurate information, unlawful activity, or decisions of independent banks, authorities, customs bodies, suppliers or platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, QIH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, reputation or data. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, QIH’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
QIH may update this notice in response to changes in trade, sanctions, customs, banking, licensing, tax, payment, technology or operational conditions. Material changes apply from publication.
Subject to mandatory local law and non-excludable consumer rights, this notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
