Quantum Intelligence Hub Ltd may operate multiple websites, domains, service platforms, educational portals, commerce channels and digital infrastructure properties. Each site may serve a different business function. Use of one QIH website does not automatically create access, rights, warranties, guarantees or contractual entitlement in relation to another QIH website, platform, service or division.

Separate Service Functions
Different QIH websites may provide different categories of service. These services may be governed by separate terms, policies, contracts, disclaimers or payment rules.
- Company formation services are not the same as cybersecurity services
- Academy and certification services are not the same as e-commerce product sales
- Hosting and digital operations services are not the same as strategic intelligence publications
- Commerce policies may differ from consulting or education policies
- Each service may require its own agreement, onboarding process, payment terms and legal notices
Use of one QIH website, purchase of one QIH service or acceptance of one QIH policy does not automatically create a right to use other QIH platforms, brands, offers, packages, tools or services.

No Universal Guarantee Across Sites
QIH does not provide universal guarantees across its ecosystem. Each service area carries its own limitations and risks.
- Company formation does not guarantee bank account approval, visa approval, tax benefit or business success
- Digital services do not guarantee SEO ranking, advertising ROI, leads, sales or platform acceptance
- Cybersecurity services do not guarantee immunity from hacking, data loss, fraud or service interruption
- Academy services do not guarantee exam success, employment, certification acceptance or career outcomes
- E-commerce services do not guarantee product availability, delivery time, profit, customer satisfaction or zero returns
Section 05
Central Legal Policy Framework
QIH may maintain a central legal policy framework through qihhub.com or another designated legal hub. Such framework may include policies governing privacy, cookies, payments, refunds, data protection, cybersecurity, education, e-commerce, sanctions, compliance and service limitations.
- Policies published on qihhub.com/legal may apply to multiple QIH websites
- Platform-specific policies may override general ecosystem policies for that specific service
- Users are responsible for reviewing the policy applicable to the service they use
- QIH may update its legal framework to reflect new websites, services or legal requirements
- Continued use of any QIH website may constitute acceptance of updated policies where legally permitted
Section 06
Domain and Brand Ownership
QIH names, logos, domains, websites, design systems, colour palettes, documents, content structures, legal pages, trade names, service names and ecosystem architecture are protected brand and intellectual property assets.
- Users may not copy QIH website structures, legal pages, brand identity or service positioning without permission
- QIH domain names must not be used to mislead users, imitate QIH or create unauthorised partner claims
- No user, partner or reseller may register confusingly similar domains or social media accounts without QIH approval
- QIH may require removal of unauthorised brand usage, imitation content or misleading references
- All QIH ecosystem assets remain the property of QIH or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise
Section 07
Cross-Linking Between Sites
QIH websites may link to each other for navigation, SEO, legal clarity, ecosystem visibility, service discovery and user convenience.
- Cross-linking does not merge all services into one contract
- Links between QIH sites do not guarantee identical terms, prices, refund rules or service scope
- Users may be redirected to another QIH site for a different service category
- Each website may have its own checkout, account system, forms, third-party tools or support channels
- Users should review the terms shown on the specific site or service before purchase

Different Payment and Refund Rules
Different QIH websites may apply different payment structures, refund conditions, setup fees, subscription terms, delivery costs, third-party charges or non-refundable service components.
- Digital setup, consulting, custom work and third-party costs may be non-refundable once work begins
- E-commerce return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility where legally permitted
- Academy and certification fees may be restricted once digital access, course delivery or third-party registration begins
- Hosting and subscription services may have separate cancellation and renewal rules
- Company formation fees may include non-refundable preparation, government, agent, compliance or third-party costs
A refund rule on one QIH website does not automatically apply to another QIH website, product, course, project, package or service. Users must review the applicable service-specific policy.

Third-Party Providers Across the Ecosystem
QIH may use different third-party providers across different websites, including hosting companies, payment processors, cloud systems, email tools, AI services, banks, accountants, couriers, suppliers, certification bodies and software platforms.

- QIH is not liable for third-party outages, price changes, account restrictions, service interruptions or policy changes beyond its control
- Different QIH sites may use different providers depending on service type and jurisdiction
- Users may be required to accept third-party terms to access certain services
- QIH may replace or update providers for operational, legal, security or commercial reasons

- Separate privacy notices or data policies may apply to specific platforms

User Accounts and Access Rights
Some QIH websites may provide accounts, client portals, student dashboards, e-commerce accounts, hosting panels or service access areas.
- Access to one QIH platform does not guarantee access to another QIH platform
- QIH may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, compliance risk or policy breach
- Users are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials
- Account sharing, unauthorised resale or misuse of access may result in termination
- QIH may require verification before restoring or transferring access

Partner, Reseller and Local Representative Limits
Some QIH services may be introduced through partners, resellers, referral agents or local contacts. Such persons are not authorised to bind QIH unless QIH confirms this in writing.
- Partners may not guarantee outcomes on behalf of QIH
- Partners may not alter QIH policies, pricing, refund terms or service scope without written approval
- Partners may not collect unauthorised funds in QIH’s name
- Partners may not represent themselves as QIH directors, employees or official agents without written authority
- Unauthorised promises made by third parties are not binding on QIH
Section 13
Compliance and Restricted Activity
QIH may refuse, suspend or terminate access to any ecosystem website or service where legal, compliance, sanctions, AML, fraud, cybersecurity, payment or reputational risk arises.
- False, incomplete or suspicious information may result in service refusal
- Sanctioned, restricted or prohibited activity is not permitted
- QIH may request identity, ownership, source-of-funds or business activity information
- Cyber abuse, fraud, illegal trade, platform abuse or deceptive activity may result in termination
- QIH may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, courts, regulators, payment providers or law enforcement
Section 14
No Reliance on Informal Information
Only written terms, invoices, contracts, official policy pages, approved proposals and direct QIH communications should be relied upon for formal service conditions.
- Social media posts are not legal agreements
- Marketing pages may summarise services but do not replace formal terms
- General articles, blogs or analysis content are informational only
- Verbal statements are not binding unless confirmed in writing by QIH
- Pricing or service scope may change before a formal order is accepted
Section 15
Site Availability and Technical Continuity
QIH does not guarantee that every website, portal, account area, webshop, academy platform, hosting system or digital service will remain continuously available, error-free or unchanged.
- Websites may undergo maintenance, updates, redesigns or migration
- Domains may be redirected, consolidated, renamed or repurposed
- Technical outages, cyber incidents, hosting problems or third-party failures may affect availability
- QIH may remove, suspend or modify any website feature where necessary
- Temporary unavailability does not automatically entitle users to compensation
Section 16
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QIH, its directors, employees, contractors, advisors, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, operational or commercial losses arising from use of, reliance on or inability to access any QIH ecosystem website or service.
- QIH is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, rankings, customers or business continuity
- QIH is not liable for third-party provider decisions, platform restrictions, payment provider actions, courier failures or government refusals
- QIH is not liable for confusion caused by users failing to read the applicable policy for the specific site or service
- QIH is not liable for unauthorised promises made by partners, resellers, affiliates or third parties
- QIH’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise
Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Updates and Governing Law
QIH reserves the right to update this Multi-Site Ecosystem Legal Notice to reflect changes in websites, domains, service divisions, ownership structure, platform architecture, legal requirements, brand rules, payment systems, compliance needs or operational practices.
This notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with this notice, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Continued use of any QIH website, service, platform or ecosystem property after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
